We operate an online store on the website https://sensorie.eu.

In order to provide our services, sell goods and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed primarily by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as Act No. 110/2019 Coll., on the Processing of Personal Data.

1. Processing of Personal Data

1.1. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you enquire about our products or services, we will process the contact details that you provide in the enquiry form, namely your first and last name, telephone number and email address.

By processing, we mean operations systematically performed on personal data, whether automatically or by other means. This includes collection, recording, disclosure, editing or modification, retrieval, use, transfer, dissemination, publication, storage, exchange, sorting or combination, blocking and erasure.

For what purpose?

We contact you in order to make further arrangements concerning goods and services.

On what legal basis?

The processing is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.

How long will we process personal data?

If no further cooperation is established, we will process your data for a maximum of 2 years from the last communication.

1.2. Processing of personal data in the case of a purchase

If you make a purchase from us, we process the data entered by you in the form, in particular billing details: first name, last name, address, telephone number and email address, and, where applicable, the delivery address.

For what purpose?

We need the personal data to perform the contract – to deliver goods or services. We also use your contact details to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, any complaints or enquiries.

We also process personal data to the extent necessary to fulfil our statutory obligations, mainly accounting and tax obligations and obligations relating to complaints.

On what legal basis?

On the basis of Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with a legal obligation.

How long will we process personal data?

For the duration of the service and for 10 years from the last provision of the service or delivery of goods.

1.3. Newsletters (commercial communications)

If you are our customer and did not prohibit us from doing so during the purchase (for example in the order note), or if you have expressed interest in an individual offer, we will use your email address to send you our news and updates.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted by Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on Certain Information Society Services, provided that you did not object to this at the time of purchase.

How long will we process personal data?

For 5 years from your last purchase. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in the email or by contacting us at: info@sensorie.cz.

2. Who Has Access to the Data?

Your data will remain with us. Nevertheless, we cooperate with certain companies or individuals who may have access to the data because they help us operate the online store. These include:

  • Marketing agency Creadot s.r.o., Nové sady 988/2, 602 00, Brno, company identification number 09798641.

We process personal data only within the European Union.

3. What Else You Should Know

We have adopted all appropriate technical and organisational measures to secure personal data.

Our company has not appointed a data protection officer because, given the scope and manner of processing, this is not required by law.

Our company does not make decisions based on automated processing or profiling.
